In its capacity as a partner of TECDEN and the Regional Coordinating Unit (RCU) in the Mtoto Kwanza Project, which aims to accelerate the implementation of the NMECDP 2021/2022-2025/2026, CDO is taking part in the Social Welfare Officers (SWOs) workshop, which is taking place at the African Dreams Hotel in Dodoma from October 4–6, 2024. 184 District Social Welfare Officers (DSWOs) and 26 Regional Social Welfare Officers (RSWOs) are attending this significant workshop. The Workshop agenda items include orientation on the Science of ECD, the NMECDP and coordination guide, an update on the program’s execution, a list of completed studies connected to ECD, the development of a regional implementation plan for the upcoming quarters.
