On June 16, 2025, CDO proudly participated in the Day of the African Child commemorations held at DIONGOYA Secondary School in Mvomero District and Mwembesongo Primary School in Morogoro Municipal.
The events brought together students, educators, community leaders, and government representatives to celebrate the resilience, rights, and potential of African children. The commemorations served as a powerful reminder of our collective responsibility to protect, empower, and invest in every child, especially those who are most vulnerable.
As the Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) for Morogoro Region in the implementation of the National Multisectoral Early Childhood Development Program (NM-ECDP), CDO reaffirmed its strong commitment to promoting nurturing care, early learning, and child protection. We believe that supporting children from their earliest years lays the foundation for a just and prosperous Tanzania.
