On the 25th of July, 2024, CDO participated in the TECDEN Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was attended by 45 regular members, 5 strategic members, and government representatives. The agenda included the approval of the 2023 AGM summary, the Chairman’s report, and the election of new board members. Among the key agenda items, three new board members were elected: Ms. Pauline Alex, Mr. Fadhili Mtanga, and Ms. Elizabeth Maginga Thobias, who join the continuing members. During the event, the Director of CDO, Ms. Felistas Kalomo, representing CDO, was awarded a certificate of appreciation for her outstanding service as a TECDEN board member. The AGM also reaffirmed TECDEN’s commitment to advancing early childhood development in Tanzania, with a renewed focus on driving the Strategic Plan 2024-2028 forward.
