MBI aims to boost teacher motivation and capacity, strengthen school-community ties, and drive inclusive, sustainable improvements in education.

1. Teacher Motivation & Recognition

Promoting teacher motivation through recognition, appreciation, non-monetary incentives, and supportive school environments.

2. Professional Development

Strengthening teachers’ skills through peer learning, innovative teaching methods, mentorship, and classroom coaching.

3. School–Community Engagement

Strengthening collaboration among teachers, parents, students, and communities to improve accountability and support education.

4. Sustainable & Inclusive Education

Promoting gender equality, safeguarding, evidence-based learning, and sustainable approaches that can be integrated into existing education systems.
