This project, funded by IRISH AID under the umbrella of Children in Crossfire (CiC), has been active from 2018 to 2023 in the Mvomero District Council, Ifakara Town, and Mlimba. The meeting was attended by representatives from CiC, the Acting Regional Secretary, the Acting Regional Education Officer, the Regional Academic Officer, the Regional Welfare Officer, stakeholders from the project’s impact district councils, the District Academic Officer, the District Welfare Officer, and the District Education Officer.
The project has spurred significant changes in early childhood education classrooms, increased enrollment, and children mastering the foundational skills (KKK), attributable to the stimulative learning environment provided.
