CDO is proud to be part of the kickoff of the Teachers Motivation Project (Mwalimu Bora Initiative), which will be implemented in Morogoro region for 2 years in Kilosa and Ulanga District Councils in collaboration with the Mtandao wa Elimu Tanzania/Tanzania Education Network ) @ten_met_

Representing CDO, our Executive Director, Project Coordinator, Finance Officer, and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer joined fellow implementing partners in Dar es Salaam for a Joint Planning and Orientation Meeting held from 23–24 June 2026. The meeting provided an opportunity to align strategies, strengthen collaboration, and lay a solid foundation for the successful implementation of this initiative aimed at motivating and supporting teachers to deliver quality education.
